[more]The Villa Pefki holiday apartments are situated in Chania's exclusive residential area of Agios Matheos, a heavily wooded hillside well above the hustle and bustle of the town, with just a few houses in extensive pine shaded gardens.
This small group of 5 unique apartments sharing a huge 14m x 6m pool and surrounded by tall stately pine trees is set on the edge of the hillside, with magical views of Crete's distant White Mountains. The three separate building units, containing these 5 apartments are spaced well apart around one side of the pool and separated by pretty flower filled gardens with little tiled patios on different levels.
The 5 beautiful holiday apartments of Villa Pefki in Chania are fully equipped, so that you can feel just like home.
Each apartment has a direct dial telephone, TV, air-condition, hair-dryer and a small safe for valuables. All of them are also equipped with a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and complete sets of cutlery and crockery. The superb swimming pool, complete with an integral jacuzzi, also has a children's pool separated by a pretty wooden bridge. Wi-Fi internet connection is provided for free in all the apartments.
We provide maid service and change of linen and towels every 3 days.
The lovely beaches of Kalathas and Stavros on the Akrotiri peninsula are no more than a 10 or 15 minute drive, whilst Chania itself is just 5 minutes by car or the local bus service. For a quiet night out in rural surroundings the village of Kounoupidiana is also 5 minutes drive away and has a number of tavernas as well as a baker, laundromat and a useful ATM cash machine.
Within easy walking distance there's a very good restaurant with superb panoramic views towards Chania, whilst within a few minutes drive there's a further choice of tavernas as well as a large supermarket. Although it is possible to use taxis and the local bus service to get in and out of Chania, we do recommend car hire.
