Combing the Beach and Tropical Reef at Maragogi AL
Brazilbum about Maragogi Beach
The beach and reef at Maragogi Alagoas extends for 22 kilometers. It is part of what is known as the Brazilian Coral Coast. After getting to know most of the 130 kilometers of beaches and reefs of the region, I find the Maragogi beach the best all round. Not only is the lengthy beach very accessible, though at times deserted, it is distinguished by its very wide lagoon that extends all along its hard packed sands. Overall, my most spectacular memories of this beach are at sunrise; each time seems to be so different and powerful. Too many tourists never see this beach[...]
