Kadiwa Park is an attraction located at the heart of Dasmariñas Bagong Bayan Cavite Philippines, this is a place where you can just relax and listen to the sounds of the flowing water. Who would imagine, a once neglected location or site can be transform into a greener, lovely and great attraction. About 10 years ago, Kadiwa Parks location was a scary place to walk through, first it is on the side of a busy road with no railings that will protect you if ever a driver loose his control on the wheel and crash into you. Also it was a total dusty site during summer and a muddy street when rainy season comes, and the most dangerous thing is at night, it doesnt have any street lights or any kind of light to make it safer for those who walk by.
And then the change came through the help of our government and their plan to make Cavite a progressive province. The construction of Kadiwa Park begun, Im not sure of the exact date when but it was year 2000. We thought they will just put a railings, a sidewalk and street lights but they made it one greener park.

Green Nature
The pictures show that this park is at the side of a main road and hundreds of vehicles passing by. It is a great thing to see the green color nature at the side of a main road. You will feel that your not really passing in a busy road, instead of thinking a stressful day you will feel relax and at peace. It is a perfect idea to put a great landscape here not just for viewing but to make people aware how beautiful nature is.
The Falls
It has 5 man made falls and its flowing like a natural one, the eye catcher are at the side of the lagoon, the biggest one that flows from the top and the falls that has a mini pond. This is the main attraction of Kadiwa Park, not just because of the view but the sound of the water and the relaxing effect of it.
At night
Before people are avoiding this street because its dark and you might get rob, but now its totally a different story. People cant help but hang out and take pictures at Kadiwa Park. At day light you will admire its green surroundings but at night you will simply be amazed of the lights that lit this park. The lights are not just street lights, they have lights under the lagoon, at the back of the falls and on the pond. The lights change its color every five minutes, from blue, red yellow and green lights.
The Park
This park is now a hang out for friends, bonding place for families and a romantic park for lovers. You can sit on the benches or just on the grasses while talking to your friends or just having some quiet time. Every Sunday, groups of people just gathered here and spend time with their love ones. And in my experience it was really a relaxing day and a good Sunday rest.
