“Inn Centro” welcomes you with its comfortable rooms, each painted in a different color style which ranges from the tones of the whites, the blacks, the reds, the blues, the oranges and the browns; with its sunny breakfast room, where delicious and Sicilian breakfasts are served every morning; with its wide terrace, equipped with deck-chairs, which let you join hot sunbeams together with a breathless view of the whole city.
Unique in its kind, the Bed and Breakfast will give our guests a relaxing stay in the beauty, surrounded by maximum comfort and with high levels of courtesy and efficiency.
THE ROOMS
Every room a color, every color an evocation of feelings and perceptions which conjugate themselves with exclusive details recalling to relax and rest.
Rooms are silent, private and well lighted. They are equipped with acoustics windows, private bathroom, independent air conditioning system, tv, minifridge and furnishings.
Laundry and cleaning up service are included into rates
THE BREAKFAST
The Bed & Breakfast “Inn Centro” has two breakfast areas: the terrace, open in the summer period, and the dining room. Breakfast will be served every morning from 7.30am to 10.00am.
Breakfast is composed of: cappuccino, coffee, milk, tea, fresh orange squash, fruit juices, croissant, butter and marmelades, sliced ham, cheese, corn-flakes, biscuits, cakes, fresh fruit, yogurt.
THE TERRACE
Button-hole flower of the B&B “Inn Centro”is its terrace at the top floor of the building.
Comfortable, sunny and discrete, the wide terrace manages to offer you an amazing variety of emotions: from the relaxing feeling emanated by the far off sounds of the city to the wonderful view, it masters the whole city of Catania in a magnificent visual embrace.
LOCATION
Our Bed and Breakfast is located in the old downtown of Catania, behind the palace of the University in the University square (next to the Post office)
FROM THE AIRPORT with the bus (15 minutes):
take Alibus number 457 to Catania and get off at “Alcalà Square stop”; walk just three minutes direction to “University Square”
FROM THE RAILWAY CENTRAL STATION / TERMINAL BUS:
go through to street "7th Aprile" (located at the right side facing the central railway station building) and after 200 mt make a right to street "Sangiuliano".Go straight for about 1 Km and make a left to street "Mancini", go straight 50 mt then make a left and you will find on your right side after 10 mts street "via della Loggetta 13".
FROM THE PORT:
Exiting the port go right till Martiri della libertà square (big circle in it). Follow the left side of the circle and make a right to Sangiuliano street. Go straight for 1 Km and make a left to Mancini street (small and narrow street). All the way down and make final left to see Loggetta street on your right
SHUTTLE SERVICE
The B&B Inn Centro provides a convenient shuttle service to pick you up from / to the Catania airport, the central railway station, the bus station, the port.
The shuttle service must be booked in advance and has an extra cost which is however much cheaper than a taxi fare. To ask for it, please send us an email to info@inn-centro.it.
CAR RENTING
It will be possible to rent cars with major car renting agencies. They will both bring to you and rescue the chosen car directly to the B&B. A valid driving license as well as a credit card are needed.
BYCICLE RENTING
It’s possible renting new bicycles directly at b&b.
INTERNET
The B&B has a full pc workstation with high speed internet connection. It's free.
LUGGAGE STORE
If needed and for your comfort it will be possible leave your luggage as long as you wish in a luggage room. No charges of course but no responsibility.
BEACH LIDO
Thanks to an agreement with one of the best lidos in Catania, in summertime it is possible to enjoy the "Playa beach". Access will be granted as well as sun decks and beach-umbrella.
EXCURSIONS
Thanks to the cooperation with some of the most professional, fair and authorized agencies in Sicily, it will be possible organizing whatever type of excursion throughout Sicily directly from the B&B, with free pick up service.
