The B&B City Lounge is the ideal place to spend a few pleasant days in Catania. It is located in a baroque building in the historical centre of the city, very near to the city’s museums and most important baroque buildings. Just a few minutes from Piazza Duomo, Ursino Castle, via Crociferi, via Etnea, the colourful fish market and the sparkling night-life and live music scene. The bus terminal of Piazza Borsellino, a further two minutes from Piazza Duomo, is very convenient for transport to and from the airport, to Syracuse, Enna, and to the sandy or rocky beaches nearby. The nearest metro stop is at the city harbour, but the Borgo stop is easy to reach.
Accommodation is provided here in 4 beautiful rooms: The Standard Double Room with a private bathroom, the Marquise Junior Suite with Jacuzzi which sleeps 4 guests and has a private bathroom and a balcony, the Exotic Triple Room with three single beds and a shared bathroom and the Cactus and Clouds Family Room for 5 people with a shared bathroom. All of the rooms have a TV, air conditioning, heating, wireless Internet access and a safe but the triple and family rooms also have a DVD and CD player. The family room boasts a private kitchen and cots are available on request for all guests. Breakfast comes included.
