Me and Mister stayed in the Llety Teifi guesthouse for three nights. To treat ourselves in Wales, we have been looking for something special. The pictures and reviews gave us an impression that we found it. And I have to say that it fulfilled our dreams to 8 out of 10!
The check-in must be done between 16:00 - 20:00, but we have been told that in case we are going to be late, it would not be a problem. By the way, we got a call from the guesthouse earlier, where a female staff let us know regarding the check-in times.
The guesthouse is situated in the centre of the town, but not quite noticeable. The parking, if fully booked, could be a problem as it had about 8 places. The only female staff that we have seen, made us feel welcome.
Our room, Nr 4, was situated on the first floor. It had two doors, where between it had collected a strange smell, resembling the hospital, but in the room itself was fine. It had nice modern furniture, tea&coffee facilities, internet access, iron board, Jacuzzi. However, for deluxe room it seemed to be too small! That was the first minus!
My second minus was towards Jacuzzi, which has been producing some foreign particles, so we stopped using it even though we took deluxe just because of it. Furthermore, the bathroom had only Jacuzzi to serve as shower too, but there weren't any curtains.
The breakfast was situated in the conservatory in the next door house, which were connected. It has been large and bright, but a bit cold. Wales breakfast, hot drinks, juice, fruits, yoghourt and cornflakes on offer seemed to be a good choice. However, breakfast was served only between 8:00 - 9:00, which is early considering that you are on the leisure trip and willing to stay in the bed a bit longer!
The check-out was until 10:00. However, we didn't find anyone around to hand the key over and to say good buy, so we just left it in reception and been gone.

It was a clean and cosy room, which has been cleaned every day with the change of towels. Everything seemed to function fine. However, the room was small and so was the wardrobe, if you can call it that way.

Our window been towards the main street, so it was quiet during the weekdays and a bit noisy during the weekend. Although, if you are looking for romantic stay, it is excellent.
