There are steep stairs and there is no elevator present. The hotel is right in the city centre of Cardiff and within walking distance of the Cardiff Castle but also shops and restaurants and its right near the Millennium Station. There is a fast food restaurant on the ground floor which is open until the early hours of the morning.
The guest rooms have complimentary tea and coffee, hairdryer, television, alarm clock and radio, individually controlled heating and trouser press and ironing facilities are available on request. There are rooms available with view of the Millennium Stadium.
