I have recently stayed at the Future Inn, Cardiff Bay on several occasions on business. On each occasion I have found it to be comfortable with well-proportioned, clean and well-equipped rooms (including TV, internet access, DVD player). The hotel staff have been consistently friendly and helpful.
On each of my 3 most recent visits I have availed of room-service and found that although the menu is somewhat limited the food has been of a reasonable standard with good sized-portions and in every case delivered to the room very promptly (typically within 20 minutes of ordering). Breakfast is served in a buffet format and has on each occasion been very good with a good range of food all well prepared - my only criticism would be that the plates are too small!!
All in all a very comfortable and well-presented hotel ideally located for Cardiff but also very conveniently located and one in which I will certainly stay again.
