Do not even think about staying on a Friday or Saturday. The constant, repetitive deep booming noise which vibrated throughout the building until 4.a.m. coupled with the uncontrolled screeching of the Purple Turtle nightclub's patrons made me ill. (It is in the same building block as the hotel.) A complaint to the reception was met with a shrug of the shoulders and an enquiry as to whether I would like to write to the manager.
The food is reasonable, but far better is available in local restaurants at lower prices.

Reception staff excellent with one unfortunate exception. She needs retraining in customer relations. One 'manager' was twice, yes twice, seen to use the toilets and exit without washing her hands. When challanged on the second occasion she made the excuse that she was going to do it later. It was pointed out that meanwhile she would be touching places that other people whould be touching shy just walked away - without washing her hands.
