[elspeth334, 09/01/2008] When the subject of visiting the Kennedy Space Centre was broached I was a bit dubious but as the men in the family were all keen I went along for the ride.
You enter the complex through Spaceport Central where you can pick up information, wheelchairs, buggies and can buy tickets. Kennedy itself is free but to enjoy it to the full a bus tour to the NASA Space Shuttle facility and a tour to the launch pad and the Apollo / Saturn V centre are well worth it.
