The Royal Islander; the fourth jewel in the Royal Resorts' crown; was completed in 1996. The spacious; tastefully decorated villas are ideal to share with family and friends. Guests staying at The Royal Islander can enjoy the amenities of the neighboring Royal Caribbean and Royal Mayan as well as those of Club Internacional and The Royal Sands. Our 1448 sq. foot villas are designed with your comfort in mind. They are fully equipped and tastefully decorated. You will find everything from dinnerware to a dishwasher... from a corkscrew for your wine to a blender to create your own tropical delights. Whether you want to prepare a snack or create a full gourmet meal; you will find everything you need.**Cancellation Terms:In Thanksgiving no shows will be charged the full stay; in winter no shows will be charged 2 nights penalty and in summer 1 night penalty. Cancellations made before 72 hours prior to arrival must be notified by fax; otherwise the penalty will be for all the stay.****The resort does not accept Spring Breakers. Should a booking be made; the guests will be turned away upon check-in without refund; unless one member of the party is at least 25 years old. Any reservation accepted under these requirements will require a $500 cash deposit upon check-in to insure there isn't damage and that incidental charges are paid.**
