[tessa111, 16/02/2011] fantastic place and fantastic bar and restaurant staff, they nade our holiday so good. We all had the best time ever. The hotel was spotless and a credit to the people running it. Well done to all rntertainment staff also including Gill who is great and the kids loved her. The kids love the mini disco and so did my husband and I. We would definately recommend to anyone.
[albion, 20/09/2010] Comparing prices with similar hotels, 3 star, and front position, this is one of the best in Alcudia Bay. As said in many other opinions, the position of the hotel is unbeatable, on a white clean dandy beach, nect to a Natural Park, 20 minutes walking by the seasida promenade to the Main resort center. Quite a few shops and caf'es in same area.
The hotel is a traditional 3 star beach hotel but very well run, with an excellent service and an outsdanding care of guest.

[greengolders, 19/09/2010] This hotel has a fantastic location right on a beuitiful beach with a direct access to the beach from the hotel terraces with free sunbeds (you have to pay for them on the beach, and also for parasols). The pool area is brilliant with a pool bar, snack area, toddlers swimming pool and play park.The staff are amazing. The children enjoyed the kids clubs. The entertainment was good. Rooms very confortable, big, and nice. Good shower and plenty of hot water. Very, very clean. [hilary28, 18/09/2010] I stayed at this hotel with my mum ad dad and my two children for 2 weeks. We arrived and checked in very quickly, the ladies at the reception desk are so friendly and nice to children. Our room was a family room and it was huge, two rooms interconnected with 2 balcomies and two bathrooms, with beautiful views. The balcony went all the way round two sides of the room looking out over the pool, river and Ntural Park and the sea. [rosa1987, 28/05/2010] Fuimos a este hotel el fin de semana del 15 de Mayo. Eramos muchos ya que nos reunimos muchas asociaciones de segunda edad de mallorca y estuvimos encantados. Hay que empezar por decir que el precio fue una oferta super asequible. Ya desde la principio, a la entrada, por su decoración y la extrema amabidad de las señoritas de la recepción laimpresión fué muy buena. La cena buffet fue excelente, lo que más gustó fue la pierna de cerdo trinchada delante de los clientes y la paella. Lo mejor de la cena fué el personal, en especial Juan, muy muy atento con todos. [nnww, 24/05/2010] El lugar en que estásituadfo este hotel es privilegiado, las vistas desde la habitación son increibles. Lo que más nos ha gustado es la simpatía y amabilidad delpersonal. La comida, limpieza y comodidad, todo muy bien. Estupendo para un 3 estrellas de playa.
[Louis123, 18/12/2009] We have spend this week end in the Son Baulo. We booked an offer for a Romantic week end. The hotel is outstanding in all areas. The hotel is very well kept. All staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We cannot find a single negative thing to say about the hotel, we have had a truly memorable holiday in mallorca and I am sure I will be back and we do not hesitate to recommend the hotel.
The hotel is a good base, quiet but can go into resort if you want nights busier.

[wallace123, 25/08/2008] my mother, daughter and i stayed at this hotel from 17 / 08 / 08 to 24 / 08 / 08, we were the only british people there, the hotel is for German clientle, the food is awful ( and non of us are fussy eaters), the entertainment is german, the staff were only intersted in the germans and quite often ignored us. The pool was not very big or inviting and didnt look very clean. The only plus to this hotel is that it's 2 minutes walk to the beach! .We have been to can picafort 3 times,we would not recommend this hotel. It should be made clearer in the advertisment for the hotel that is predominatley German.

ALL WEBSITES STATED THAT THIS HOTEL HAD IRON AND BOARD, THEY DID NOT. A HEATED POOL, IT WAS FREEZING. TEA AND COFFEE MAKERS, NO, YOU HAD TO BOIL A PAN. SATALITE TV, YES BUT ONLY IF YOU COULD UNDERSTAND GERMAN! NEGATIVES OUT OF THE WAY, NOW FOR THE POSITIVES. HOTEL SPOTLESS, ROOMS QUITE BIG, AIRCON VERY GOOD, STAFF SEEMED NICE BUT COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.
