At 352 metres, Beinn Ghuilean dominates the little town of Campbeltown. That may not sound very high, but it is certainly high enough to offer commanding views of the Kintyre peninsula. It is also high enough to offer a relatively challenging walk, with a series of fairly steep climbs. Although the path is fully managed, you need decent footwear for this walk, as parts of it can be a little muddy and the start of the walk is accessed through fields.
