Originally being the old houses of Monnaber Nou conserving its old stones architecture creating a mixture of tradition, simplicity and comfort.

The Restaurant “ Es Mirador de Monnaber”, one of the best gastronomic establishments in Mallorca with its creative dishes and traditional recipes based on the fresh products of the season of our land and sea offers a Mediterranean cuisine with a special Majorcan taste. The Restaurant is characterized by its elegant, informal, rustic and cosy atmosphere.
One of the major attractions of Monnaber Nou is the 220 hectares surface consisting of mountains and countryside with mountain olives, carobs and almonds populated with birds, lambs and horses. The long track allows visitors to enjoy a nice walk outside the hotel at any time of the year. The hotel also owns a wide range of installations starting by, Tennis courts, swimming pools, Jacuzzi, saunas, offering various activities like horse ridding excursions, cycling, hiking and outdoor programs as well as the water sports on the nearby beaches. History
Monnaber has it's origins in the Arab era, and when the Catalans conquered Mallorca in the 13th Century, it was declared an estate belonging to the Bennàsser family.
The medieval houses were converted into a stately home between the 16 th and 18 th Centuries, incorporating interesting architectural elements which still stand today: the well from 1680 like the olive press and the Wind-mill.
