Its 12,000 square meters are dedicated partially to produce organic grown avocados, oranges, lemons, melars, etc. The rest is woodland.The house was build in 2004, using old tecnics and materials thus looking as a traditional construction with todays commodities. The upper storey is the owners home. The lower storey is for guests, having its own entrance and equipment.There are two rooms with twin beds, one room with a double bed and one room with a double bed and a single bed, thus giving a capacity of nine persons.For bigger grups we can offer one extra room with twin beds and two extra beds, that is, four additional persons.Casa Mosmai is specially prepared for family groups or friends, from 6 to 13 persons.We suggest our guests the following activities: Easy trekking to Penyal dIfach Natural Parc, a big rock on the sea cost of Calpe. 5 km stroll over the cliffs of Serra Gelada Natural Parc.
