Hotel Features. Built in the Edwardian Commercial style, the Fairmont Palliser is fitted with oak paneling, marble columns, candelabras and art. The Lobby, once known as The Rotunda, is outfitted in gray Tennessee marble flooring and features a ticket office, telegraph and telephone bureau, flower stand and elevator hall. The Tudor style Rimrock Restaurant displays a 38 foot mural of a rimrock above the fireplace and leather pillars. Breakfast buffets, lunch and dinner are served daily. Tapas and cocktails are enjoyed at The Oak Room. The Boulevard Club, the hotel's health club located on the boulevard level, offers an indoor spa tub, pool and fitness center.
