Renovated in 2000, the hotel is located on a main street and consists of a 12-storey main building as well as a 9-storey neighbouring building with a total of 512 rooms of which 504 are doubles and 9 are suites. The hotel lobby contains a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, lifts and a café. There is also 2 bar, a number of shops, a nightclub, a games room, a TV room, a dining room and an à la carte restaurant with children's highchairs available. Moreover, the hotel offers a conference room, for those staying on business. A bicycle hire service is available. For younger guests there is a playground and various children's club available, up to the age of 17. Room service is available as well as medical assistance to complete the services on offer.
