Terms & Conditions The owners, who have been cooking for more than ten years, will be happy to serve your their fish specialties and regional food like the ‘crackling of seafood’, crawfish flambé, cannelloni with Brocciu and they will also impress you with their creative cuisine: scorpion fish with its tangerine rice; warmed up goat cheese with honey and citrus fruits (Corsican goat's milk cheese breads, oranges, melon etc.); steak of duck with sweet chestnut or honey of the Corsican scrub.
