Resuming all review in one sentence, we can definitely say that this was the worst hotel we have ever been. We went to Cagliari with no hotel reservation. We had an American Express Guide and this hotel was one of the recommended. They describe this hotel as small but friendly completely restored in 2004 with simple and clean rooms, very well localized near Via Roma and lack Carlo Felice, which gives a beautiful view. The only thing they get it right was the localization. It was right in the centre of the city. [...]
