FOR ALL arrivals after 23.30 you MUST send us an email a minimum of 24 hours prior to your arrival in order to make any possible arrangements.It is possible to cancel the reservation 48 hours before the check in (13:00) on the day of arrival. All cancellations made after this time but before arrival will be charged for the first night of the stay.During the special seasons reservations cannot be cancelled.
