[fleck, 12/08/2011] Like many guests this hotel receives myself and partner were visiting the hotel for a wedding held there. The hotel is located just outside of Bury in a lovely area surrounded by farmland. The food at the hotel was fantastic, the level of customer service from all of the staff was better than some 5 star hotels I have visited. The reception staff was very welcoming and responded professionally and promptly to all of my requests. I would defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the North West...it only took 20 minutes to drive home to Manchester.
[Helencbradshaw, 05/08/2007] Bury might not be the top of everyones destination list, although it is not a million miles from the more popular city centre of Manchester (and linked to the city via the metrolink network). However being from Lancashire originally, I have just spent the best part of the last two weeks in the region, including a couple of nights at the Village Hotel and Leisure Club at Bury.

[sriches, 04/12/2006] I booked 18 rooms at this hotel mid November 2006 for our wedding reception at a nearby hotel. The price per room per night was £26 a saver rate which I booked on their website. You have to pay upfront however I spoke to Justin the manager and he told me that as we had paid for the room upfront it could not be double booked much to my relief as the Travelodge have a thing about double booking rooms.
