[Dugdug, 14/08/2009] The hotel is drab and gives an appearance of being uncared for. Only one lift works and even that does not always stop at the floor requested (does not stop at 3rd floor at all). Actually even the lift was dirty and looked as though goats had been kept in it. My room was small and cold, little wonder as the 'double glazing' allows in sufficient draught to move the net curtains. The bathroom was small and dirty with a crack in the handbasin and a toilet in urgent need of repair. The staff refused to open the bar nd no evening meal was offered.
