Founded in 1957 by Mr. Léon Borgers, Hotel La Légende was originally situated in Rue de l’Etuve in Brussels. First operating as a cafe, it was known by stamp collectors as a familiar gathering place. During the nineties, as Brussels was expanding culturally and economically, Hotel La Légende settled down Rue du Lombard, where its current reputation took root. The management of Hotel La Légende has been overseen by three generations for half a century.
