The residence is the highest building in Alvik and commands superb views over Kungsholmen and southern Stockholm. Its position at Tranebergs Plan means that it is a stone's throw from all of Alvik's major amenities including hair salon, Konsum supermarket, newsagents, dry cleaners, and chemist.
