[ceigofu, 24/04/2013] My Partner and I booked this hotel for a night to go see a concert so we could stay over and explore Bristol the next day. When We arrived it seemed nice, the room looked clean,fresh and I was happily impressed. The next morning I noticed the cups weren't so clean for the tea and coffee area, which was a bad point! But then I went to have a shower and the water wasnt working, so we rang reception who informed us the water wasn't working and there was nothing they could do.
