[channel1352, 06/08/2008] Excellent accommodation, Food, and facilities and room to park our coach. Friendly welcome even at 0130 am, and still got a couple of beers in. Hope to return for a longer stay soon. Beautiful hotel and location and such friendly helpful people. Wish you all the best.

[trivago traveller, 01/03/2006] The hotel is situated in the nice resort of Braunlage in the Harz mountains. The family run pension is quite pleasant, nothing to complain about, nothing spectacular,enough for a few days on a bargain based level. The only spectacular thing about this choice is the way the owners treat their guests. It´s absolutly unbelievable how somebody can be so rude to paying customers.
The married couple obviously like having bookings but do not like people being there and are not capable of dealing with customers basic needs. The welcome is warmless and it makes you feel as though they are probably gla
