[more]The Fowlers Farm is located directly at Braintree's Galley's Corner roundabout of the A 120 and next to the Premier Inn. The restaurant offers ample parking facilities, a bus stop that connects it to the town centre, a railway station and Freeport shopping village are within walking distance.
The Fowlers Farm is a 500 year old former farm house and the interior of the restaurant has kept the rustic appearance with many beams and open fireplaces. Outside seating is provide in the large garden where also a fenced duck pond can be found.
The kitchen serves a seasonal changing menu of mainly traditional English pub food and grill specialities, Sunday roasts, a lunch time menu and separate children's menu are available. The bar offers a variety of real ales, beer, vine, spirits and hot and cold non-alcoholic beverages.
