The author points out that this hotel is mainly focussed on business travellers ("one of the chain's leaders in the battle for the business traveler"), but also caters well ("sensitive staff") for visitors and patients of the nearby hospital. The hotel is located nearby downtown and "within walking distance" to Back Bay. The guest rooms are of "good size" and fitted with "contemporary furnishings" and a lot of business goodies like WLAN.
