[arihippocampe, 12/11/2011] Very well located hotel in front of a very nice square with various restaurants, shops. The square, with its market is alive during whole day, by this the rooms located in front, even if they have a nice view on old cityhall are a little bit noisy. I used several time a "studio" that is very big, with a nice bathroom and very calm. The "executive" room have a smaller bathroom with separate WC close to the door and washbasyn in the main room but with nice view on the square on request.

[fizzytom, 28/08/2011] Haus Daufenbach is clearly a good place to pick because there are plenty of local businessmen eating here on a weekday lunchtime. Having said that this is not a place for power lunches; it is more of a traditional place which serves good value daily set meals as well as choices from the menu.
It's cosy and welcoming without being too crowded and while there are loads of tables there is still some privacy. There are old paintings and photographs of local buildings and places of interest. Everywhere you look there is something to catch your interest.

[CustomerAlliance, 10/03/2011] Ein schones Hotel ausserhalb von Bonn (aber mit gutem U-Bahn Anschluss), freundliches Service, liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, eine tolle Willkommensuberraschung (es ist Faschingszeit in Bonn!) - und tolles Frustuck (grosse Auswahl - der Obstsalat ist besonders kostlich!). Es zwar ein kurzer Aufenthalt, aber so angenehm, dass ich beim nachsten Mal in Bonn bestimmt wieder das Inselhotel buchen werde!
[skillfreelancer, 26/01/2011] Ако случайно се намирате в Бон и си търсите тихо и спокойно местенце за няколмо минути почивка това е Stadtpark. Парка се намира в Бад Годесберг на няколко минути пеша от центъра на квартала. Лесно може да се достигне с автобус или с лека кола, пеш, а и спирката на метрото не много далеч.
До Stadtpark се намират няколко хотела, жп гара Бад Годесберг, различни кафенета и както и многожество магазини за най-различни работи - от домашни потреби, дрехи, бижута, парфюмерийни и козметични продукти. Непосредсвено до парка има и няколко тенис корта, за любителите на този спорт. :)

[gast_DERAG-Hotel-Kan, 22/11/2010] Room was nice. Did not like the fixed and narrow glass panel in the shower / tub. If you didn't want to get the bathroom floor all wet, you had to stand on the handheld shower hose which was too long while avoiding standing on the drain.
When I checked in, the woman said I had free internet. However, it's only free for 1 hour. She also mentioned the breakfast buffet, which I thought was free, but was an extra 14 Euro charge.

[svetlanakk, 10/10/2010] I stayed at the hotel in June 2004. The hotel was nice and cozy. Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, staff was OK. The biggest problem is that the hotel is far from the city center. Yes, there is a bus stop nearby, but traveling to the city takes 30-40 min.
[fizzytom, 30/06/2010] If you go to see this impressive house, do not forget that if it was not for the determination of local people it wouldn't be open at all. The Bonn authorities were willing to let the building become a pub but a public campaign saved it, had it restored and in 1991 the doors opened. I’m pleased they did because August Macke is one of my favourite artists and certainly deserves a place for his work to be exhibited. This lovely Classicist style house, built in the 1870s, also houses a museum that puts into context the life of Macke and the artists working around him.
