[dyciro, 29/05/2012] My husband and I stayed at the Lancaster Hotel for 5 weeks while adopting a child. Our experience at the Lancaster House Hotel was marvelous. The staff are genuinely very friendly and hospitable and went above and beyond expectations to make us as comfortable and happy as possible during our stay. The hotel has an excellent restaurant as well as an outdoor cafe; both also provide 24-hour room service. The complementary breakfast was also fabulous. The piano bar and complementary chocolate delivered to your room were also special. The location is excellent-safe and near many shops, restauran

[ing2012, 24/01/2012] Good location, clean and comfortable room. I stayed for couple of nights. The price is not bad compared with other hotels located in the same area.
[worldtraveler1818, 12/01/2012] I went there because soem friends were staying at this hotel and ended up lovin it myself. Great sapacious suites with good wifi connection, good 24 / 7 service, nice small gym and cool bar. Staff was bilingual which helped quite a bit and always felt welcomed. Good choice if you go to Bogota
[doronshulman, 05/01/2012] Met with a group of fellow israelies that were staying there during New Year's break and found this jewel of a hotel in Bogota. Huge rooms, nice people, very large selection of dishes, etc. I am booking my next trip at the Lancaster House for sure.
[zezinho, 01/12/2011] recently had the opportunity to stay there with some friends. This hotel eis a midsize property, with great style and decor, especially for a place that is not overly expensive or big. The staff was cordial and actually, more than one spoke English, and Portuguese which for me was great. Plus, value was a good deal. I will try to be back in Bogota soon, and if so, I will definitely go back to the Lancaster House
[violainef, 16/11/2011] Suites are most ample I have ever seen. Gopod food, nice people, nice bar with a nice fireplace. Will recommend happily
[johncassab, 13/11/2011] Spacious suites in a mid size hotel make the Lancaster House a perfect option in Boogta. I was well serviced and confortable during my stay. Got to work out and had no issues with internet anywhere in the premises. Highly recommended for businessmen or especially for families looking for oversized suites
[stanleyrothenstein, 19/10/2011] Had a charming stay. Very spacious rooms in a mid size hotel. A good combination to feel more at home. Food was good, breakfast buffet was very varied. The gym was small but good enough for a daily work-out. Took about 10 max to get to my appointments in town so I am quite pleased with my hotel selection in Bogota.
[fannyfromomaha, 19/10/2011] I was at this hotela few years ago. This time I was happily surprised to find equally nice people and a well renovated locale. I will gladly continue to come back.
[DPK14M, 16/10/2011] This was one of my best trips to Bogota ever. The staff at the Lancaster House was available
to take care of anything you could dream of. Great place to stay. The room was a suite with every amenity you could imagine. If you needed transportation they were there for you.
Safe and secure as well as a great location. Very boutiquey and personable!
This is my new home when ever I travel to Bogota in the future.
Thank you Lancaster House and Staff
[rem662001r, 14/10/2011] We stayed at the Lancaster House three times. Each time in a different room. All of them were excellent in terms of space, cleanliness, furniture, etc. The availability of a kitchen really makes a difference. It gives you freedom and flexibility: to cook or not to cook, and makes you feel at home.
The service was excelent. The personnel son muy amable and professional. The breakfast is hearty and tasty.
And we liked hard mattresses. Hard mattresses make healthy backs.
[ibrahimsaadya, 11/10/2011] I was a bit wary going to Colombia, but everything went well and the hotel I chose while in Bogota added to the overall good experience. The staff could not have been more charming and helpful. The room size is grand, breakfast buffet was good, gym was adequate and the value was superb. It is about 5-10 min by taxi to the financial district and Zona Rosa but it was certainly worth my while.
[attilafeher, 26/09/2011] For a mid size hotel, I was extremely pleased with all the services offered. The personnel was particularly helpful and cordial, the suites were very large and nicely furnished. Place is maybe 10 min. from the major business and entertainment districs but the value offered is worth the taxi drive. This hotel was quite a positive surprise in a country that also left a great impression. I highly recommend it.
[SandraDuque, 15/09/2011] Its a small but has style, elegance and well decorated.
Its cozy and makes you not want to leave.
I do highly recommended.
[lantiny181, 09/03/2011] It has been a wonderful experience spending time at Lancaster House in Bogota, Colombia. When they say Your house in Bogotathey really mean it. After a few days at Lancaster, I felt just just like another member of their family The price is perfect and the moments you spend at this hotel will revitalize your spirits.
I give it my best recommendation ' just try it and your will concur..!!
[Mavinami, 12/01/2011] I've recently stayed again at Lancaster House, it was nor my first time. I was happily surprised that a good hotel in Bogota has made changes and improvements to become even a better hotel. As usual suites were ample, this time they had been redecorated and had a more up-do-date feel. I stayed in a one bedroom suite and enjoed the new conforts.
The Breakfast Buffet, like last time had many choices and was delicious. Staff as usual, eager to help out and make me feel at home. I very much liked being able to use my computer anywhere, specially while I sat in the chimney-bar.
In my future trip

[Rhadanite, 30/12/2010] Best value for your buck in Bogota. By far the most ample suites in town. Friendly staff, 24 / 7 service, cozy, safe. We were a family of 4 comfortably staying in a 2 bedroom suite. I was truly surprised with the size of the suite (private terrrace and full kitchen too)
[annd, 13/09/2009] Just stayed at Celebrity Suites; a good hotel but NOT a 5 star place! It is a stay-hotel / privately owned appartments and many rooms have "for rent" signs in the windows that you can see from outside....
The bar at nite (not open all the time, just a few evenings per week) is the breakfast area in the morning, with room for no more then 12 to have breakfast at one time...
Breakfast in not special, coffee so so at best, only hot dish is scrambled eggs and the juices are watered down...........
Windows are not insulated and there is no heat nor airco....so you can guess....
We were in
