[babybabystar, 11/02/2012] Stayed here with my partner for 2 nights, it looks great, very very clean and Malcolm and Matt were very friendly and chatty. Only fault was it was a bit quiet and awkward when we wentt in the bar area and there was always a little dog sat on the sofas when we wanted to sit down. Other than that the hotel was great, looked like they are doing a lot of updating and the breakfast was wonderful. We will be back!
[LeeWhitehead, 29/12/2011] The Hotel Rossi is a very good place to stay if you want a friendly atmosphere and a smiling face. I always go to the rossi alone because i know that i will get a friendly welcome and made to feel like part of one big family. I never feel alone wen i am there and there is always something to do. I went twice last summer and i never got bored or fed up, They are a reasonably priced hotel near to local amanities. I reccomend that you stop there it is really enjoyable and i am definitly going back next year no doubt about that.
[shellb, 20/11/2011] beautiful hotel, lovely owners, gorgeous rooms. We stayed there in November , and they made us feel really welcome. Gorgeous breakfasts too and we stayed in the family room which was absolutely huge, everything was clean. Definately going again. Would recomend this hotel to everyone.

[davemac, 28/10/2011] Very welcoming hotel. Stayed on 25th october 2011 for 4 nights. The hotel was perfect for dogs and there owners. Very friendly excellent food including bar lunches. Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff go out of there way to assist whenever they can.
[Manchester1988, 09/10/2011] After researching the Norbreck Hotel on the internet we were excited to visit, however as soon as we had pulled up on the carpark I knew that we had booked the wrong hotel. The reception area was dirty and smelt musky and after being told to wait for check in we decided to wait in the bar area. This also had an unpleasant aroma and the bar man was unfriendly and had a bad attitude with us. Not wanting to be negative we looked forward to checking in How wrong were we!! The smell hit us as soon as we walked in, stale smoke it was disgusting, even my boyfriend (who smokes) was shocked at how bad

[Veronica1972, 29/09/2011] I cant't recommend this hotel highly enough. If you are looking for somewhere to stay where you will be made to feel at home then The Aloha is the place to stay. I stayed here with my three boys and their friend and have to say The owners are fantastic. I feel I arrived a guest and left a friend. I hope to stay again soon.
[hannah_i, 31/08/2011] Much like the other Sealife Centres, this has a broad variety of small and large fish (even sharks and sting rays), as well as other sea life like crabs, starfish, jellyfish. It's great for people who are really interested in sea animals as there is a tonne of information available - but its also fun for small children, because there are great displays, activities and helpful staff!
[tina67, 30/08/2011] really friendly and clean, food was very good, excellent value for the money!

[JohnSmith_71, 10/08/2011] First of all there was no hot water in the showers, it was "warm". One of the beds we had in our room wasn't even a bed; it was a sofa bed which was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The WIFI had a poor signal and the room they gave us was technically a shed.
[gailgreeny, 28/07/2011] wondeful enterainment would go back... just not very happy with reception staff not very helpful
[BULLER70, 26/07/2011] My wife and I just had a brilliant weekend at THE CLIFFS HOTEL. A very clean and welcoming hotel. The bedroom was fine . We were on a dinner bed and breakfast option and the food was really good with a wide variety of choice and also watress service which was excellent. We spent both evenings in the lovely warm pool and jacussi. Did not go in sauna or gym but other guests rated it well. We were entertained at night by a good singer and a funny comedian. All the staff were on the ball and extremely efficient. A really good weekend ,we will return.
WELL DONE CLIFFS HOTEL
[Csemotions, 19/07/2011] Very good food made to order. Very freshly cooked breakfast. Very pleasant staff always there to help whenever required. I was surprised when we were not given night key as all the hotels I stayed they give the keys. But when spoke to manager he explained that due to issues of random people being bought back and also for the security of all the guests they have stopped giving keys out and now appointed night porter who checks your status and lets individual in.
Which was very thoughtful.
Rooms were ok. But defiantly value for money. Equipped with LCD TVs and freeview channels.
Very happy wi

[sue, 21/06/2011] we stayed for a weekend break at the beginning of may, and i can honestly say it was fantastic. Simon and Rhona made us feel so welcome and catered for everything we needed.Breakfast was the best we have had when staying in a b&b, it made for a lovely family holiday. We will definately stay there again and have highly recommended it to friends.
[aio1ltd, 07/06/2011] stayed at the hotelon 1st june 2011, its been renovated and under new management, very pleasant staff. fantastic food and above all the newly renovated rooms are better than some of the five star hotel rooms I've stayed in. On a business meeting I did not think there would be internet but fortunatly there was and that was completly free to use. Will recomend anyone to stay at this brilliant hotel. Pay a little more and go for the five star premium rooms. Fantastic hotel for coparate clients who need a small conference room.
[comfycorner, 15/04/2011] Just loved this place - very English! Victorian tea room and cosy beds. Hope to be back soon
[briancoxxy, 02/04/2011] I have stayed here for 2 years now on my visits to Blackpool. the hotel staff are so friendly they make you feel so welcome. Handy for all the attraction in Blackpool the hotel was able to offer free parking and high speed internet in the guest lounge. Wireless I think was available in the rooms.
The owner kathy told me they have done a lot of upgrading in the last two years and I have noticed the changes, it has been decorated very nice. Nothing seems to much trouble for the owners and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone
