There are no rules and regulations – a Sandpiper Holiday Apartment is your ‘home’ for the duration of your stay.
All apartments include a fully equipped and fitted kitchen, bathroom, TV (Freeview) and free Wi-Fi.
There are a number of excellent family-run restaurants in the local area (details at reception).
The Sandpiper Holiday Apartments are close to the South Pier, only a short tram or taxi ride from all the nightlife, as well as Blackpool Tower, the Winter Gardens and theatres.When booking, please give Sandpiper Holiday Apartments your approximate time of arrival.
Sandpiper Holiday Apartments will add a small additional cost for payments made via credit card.
After booking, a security deposit of GBP 100 (per apartment) will be taken in case of any damage or nuisance (otherwise refundable).
Electricity is charged via coin meter (central heating is free).
Sandpiper Apartments will not allow stag or hen parties to enter the property.Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 2.50 per night and person for cots.

Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
