The hotel is located on the North shore, the tram passes the hotel so you have easy access to the rest of Blackpool's Promenade including North Pier, Central Pier, South Pier, the Pleasure Beach and Blackpool Tower.
The double glazed en-suite guest rooms are non-smoking, heated and have facilities which include shower, some with a bath, kettle for making tea and coffee and a colour TV. Rooms available include twin, double, family and singles, and rooms at the front of the hotel have sea views.
