On arrival at the hotel we were welcomed by the owners with a pleasent smile and a friendly hello. As we arrived early, our room hadnt finished being cleaned off the previous guests. Rather than carrying our bags all around Blackpool the owners offered to keep our bags safe until were able to check in. Before leaving for a look around the owners were very helpful giving us a map and directing us around, also we were offered discount to local attrations.
When arriving back the owners were very friendly while checking us in. We were also asked if a hairdryer was needed. Our room was very clean, with fresh white linen and towels provided for each of us. Also included in the room was essenital toiletries i.e soap, shower gel and shampoo.
In the morning a good choice of breakfast was provided such as cereals, toast with a choice of jam, marmalade and butter, and also a full cooked breakfast. Other choices were also avaliable for vegetarians, and little bites such as bacon or sausage sandwiches. Due to my dislike of mushrooms and tomatoes the staff replaced these with extra egg and hash brown. Which was very kind of them as i wasnt expecting anything to subsitute them.
I would highly recommend this friendly welcoming hotel to others. We really enjoyed our stay and wouldnt hesitate to return again and are looking forward to return sometime next year.
