trivago traveller, 09/10/2011] After researching the Norbreck Hotel on the internet we were excited to visit, however as soon as we had pulled up on the carpark I knew that we had booked the wrong hotel. The reception area was dirty and smelt musky and after being told to wait for check in we decided to wait in the bar area. This also had an unpleasant aroma and the bar man was unfriendly and had a bad attitude with us. Not wanting to be negative we looked forward to checking in How wrong were we!!
