A successful combination of historical and modern elements promises a comfortable stay in this authentic ambience. This original building is completed by the addition of the elegant and modern building II.All rooms provide a comfortable stay with smart furnishings and a full-equipped kitchen.
Every apartment in building II as well as some in building I provide a private veranda or balcony accessed via the living room.Surrounded by the beautiful Granitz forests you will find our apartments situated in an idyllic location, yet central in the town of Binz.
The beach, the pier and the main street are only a few minutes away and can be easily reached, without an uphill walk or stairs.The apartments are situated in Alt-Binz in a central yet peaceful location right next to the new spa gardens.
Binz is the largest Baltic Sea resort town on the island of Rügen and is particularly popular due to its endless white beaches and the nearby Prorer Wiek, one of the most beautiful bays on the island.
Enjoy a peaceful stroll in the surrrounding forested areas. The pedestrianised section of the town is only 300 metres from the hotel. The beach and the pier are also only a few minutes walk away.Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.

Deposit Policy: 10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
