In 1998, it reopened after comprehensive refurbishment.Our house provides 15 double, comfort double rooms and apartments, all brightly and comfortably furnished. In our neighbouring building we offer 6 apartments.In the morning we serve a delicious breakfast buffet in our hotel garni.
The restaurant is located in our Hotel Villa Neander, approx. 3 minutes by walk away.Ostseebad Binz is located close to the national park Granitz with its wonderful forests and seasid bluffs.Coming from direction Hamburg, take the motorway A20 till exit Stralsund. Follow until you reach Bergen auf Rügen, then turn right to Binz. Our house is located on the straight way to the city centre on the right side.This friendly, privately run hotel is set in the historical centre of the Baltic Sea resort Binz, within easy reach of the Schmachter-See lake and its new promenade. The hotel is situated directly opposite the new pedestrian area, from where you can walk to the Sea Bridge and the Baltic Sea in just 5 minutes.
