In spring 2009, we will be opening the doors to Lalandia in Billund, which among other things will offer nothing less than the largest Aquadome in Scandinavia. In true Lalandia manner, we have ensured that there is entertainment and opportunities for relaxation for all the family, so you can rest assured that everyone will have an unforgettable holiday. Cottage hire includes entrance to entrance to the Aquadome and play land for Kids (Monky Tonky Land), children entertainment and final cleaning of the holiday house on departure day.AreaActivitiesAt Lalandia Billund, it's summer all year round - and activities for the whole family. In the huge waterpark, you can enjoy wonderful beaches, crystal-blue water, sun and heat, swaying palms and comfortable deck chairs all year round. After a swim, the family might feel like sitting in the shade of a tree and enjoying a lovely meal in a restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, or letting the children play in the Monky Tonky land play area while adults enjoy a drink in the bar. There is a wonderful exotic atmosphere teeming with street life, exciting shops and great cafés in the beautiful square. Many people actively relax by playing minigolf in the great indoor facility or maybe by having a friendly family match at the bowling alley. If the family - or one of its members - enjoys a little excitement, sweat on the brow or a feeling of butterflies in the stomach, you can have a go at aerojumping or try to reach the top of the climbing wall. There is plenty of space in the huge sports hall for activities such as football, handball, badminton or tennis as well as options for fitness activities. Tropical waterpark The water is 28 degrees Celsius and the air 30 degrees Celsius. The azure-blue water laps at the water's edge. High above the green palms, water slides twist around and the water splashes when happy children and adults rush into the warm water. A tropical water park full of activities for the whole family. It is almost like being in a tropical south sea, where the warm sand tickles between the toes while the sun warms. Tropical fish in all colours swim around in a huge aquarium. Everyone has fun - whatever their age. The family can have fun and excitement as they rush down one of the ultra-modern water slides in a rubber dinghy. Then, there is nothing as relaxing as floating downstream on a river in a huge bathing ring while wearing a straw hat. Dad lies around in a deckchair reading a book while mum enjoys the heat in the huge jacuzzi. The children play in the huge play areas and shoot water guns at each other, pouring water onto each other. Other children try to keep their balance on one of the suspension bridges over the water. Suddenly a 'storm' brews up in the corner of of the waterpark and huge waves crash against the beach.Children and adults throw themselves in the waves, laughing as they try to ride them. In the quieter lagoon, you can snorkel and dive down to the aquarium with many brightly coloured fish. The waterpark in Lalandia is the most modern and most attractive waterpark in Europe. Atmospheric market square You feel transported to a completely different world in the wonderful exotic market square. It's like strolling between brightly-coloured exotic buildings. Above is a blue sky with small white clouds. There is a wonderfully exotic atmosphere in the square both during the day and at night. The stage in the middle of the square is host to entertainment for a large, happy crowd. Elsewhere, the slightly older children can test their strength on the huge trampoline, while others are making their way up the huge climbing wall. Mum and dad enjoy a drink in one of the cafes while the young ones go on a journey of discovery. In the market square, you can find a large number of exciting shops selling clothes and souvenirs. The candle factory is also worth a visit. There is, of course, also a supermarket with a wode range of available and a bakery where you can purchase freshly baked bread. Not far from the market square is VEGAS where both children and adults can play to their hearts content on one of the many machines. Indoor minigolf The green is surrounded by exotic trees and bushes. At Lalandia Billund, the indoor minigolf course is an oasis where the weather is always summery. The whole family can enjoy themselves while battling to see who can get round in the fewest strokes on the minigolf course. On the way through the course holes, you should take as few strokes as possible and avoid the sand bunker or hiDiningFacilitiesThere are lots of exciting tropical restaurants and great cafés for the family to choose from in Lalandia Billund. There is something for everyone. When you feel thirsty and hungry, the family can sit down under shady trees and enjoy an excellent meal in restaurants with an exotic atmosphere. The menus offer food to make the mouths fo children and adults water.If you fancy fast food, there's also plenty on offer. When the children have finished eating, they can play Monky Tonky Land in clear view of the restaurants. The holiday home is smoke-free. 1 parking space by the holiday home. The Classic Plus 4 L72 72 m2 4 adults + 1 child 0-2 years Living room with dining area and 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and flat screen TV. Open kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, glass ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, coffee maker and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower stall, washing machine and tumble dryer. 1 bedroom with double bed and a cot and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 high chair. Covered terrace. The holiday home is on one floor. The holiday home is smoke-free. 1 parking space by the holiday home. Additional charges and holiday centre rules: Bed linen: Guests can bring bed linen or hire some at a price of DKK 80.- each set at the Service Centre. A set of bed linen consists of bed linen as well as two towels. Please bring own duvet, pillow and sheet for the cot. If necessary, sheet can be hired at the Ser-vice Centre. Cleaning: The holiday home has been cleaned prior to arrival. Guests must carry out daily clean-ing during the stay. Cleaning equipment and accessories can be found in the holiday home. Final cleaning on departure is included in the rent. Guests are committed to leave the holiday home in the same tidy condition as upon arrival. Garbage must be removed from the holiday home and dishes must be cleaned prior to departure. Kitchen equipment and furniture must not be removed from the holiday home. Before departure a repre-sentative from Lalandia will check each holiday home. Guests must make arrange-ments for this check of the holiday home in the Service Centre the day before departure. Dog: Max. 1 dog per stay is welcome but an extra cleaning surcharge of DKK 130.- must be paid on arrival. Please note that dogs must be kept on a leash at all times outside of the holiday home. Guests must inform lalandia if bringing a dog when booking the stay. Energy consumption: Guests must pay for own consumption from 15.00 o’clock on the day of arrival to the time of departure. The rate is as follows: electricity DKK 2.25 per kWh, water DKK 45 per m3 and heating DKK 0.85 per kWh in 2009. The energy consumption will be read from the Service Centre and paid for by the guest on departure. THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN ROOM BOOKINGS. Please note that the holiday home is heated by district heating. Please note that in holiday homes with high levels of comfort, e.g. jacuzzi and sauna, the energy consumption must be expected to be higher than in the other types of holiday homes. Guests who want to depart outside of the working hours of the Service Centre must come to the Service Centre the day before departure and make arrangements for the payment of energy consumption. Guest liabilities: Guests are obliged to respect the regulations that apply to the holiday centre. The guest is fully liable for all furnishings and equipment in the holiday home. Any damages, which are noticed on arrival by the guest, must be reported to the Service Centre immediately after arrival. Missing things or damages caused by the guest during the stay must be settled immediately in the Service Centre. Special attention shall be drawn to the fact that the person, who has made the reserva-tion, also is the one liable for damages caused by other people staying in the holiday home in question.
