The location is described as "smack opposite the Guggenheim" museum. The style of the hotel seems to be modern and the rooms are "each with a different colour scheme". Staff is caracterized as "hard-working". The bathrooms with their designer furniture are assessed as "best thing" and the comment on the gym is that its the "worst thing" of the hotel, because the facilities are "too small" and there is no pool. Highlighted is also the "option of breakfast on the top floor" with a magnificent view.
