The BEC (Bilbao exhibition centre) lies approximately 2 km from the hotel, as does the new exhibition centre of the capital of Viscaina with excellent connections to the centre (thanks to the nearby bus and train stations). From the hotel it is only a few minutes walk to bars, restaurants and a ski lift.
Renovated in 2005, this hostel has a total of 23 rooms over 2 floors. Amongst the hostel's facilities count a foyer with public Internet access, a WLAN access point and a laundry service.

Arriving by car: the main access to Bilbao is the highway A-8. From Madrid, San Sebastian, Barcelona, take the exit signed as CRUCES, whilst if coming from Santander take the exit for ZORROZA. If you are in the city centre, take the Av.Montevideo- Zorroza (road N-634) near the Hospital of Basurto. By train: from the main train station (Abando) or central bus station (Termibus), it is possible to take a train to Santurtzi or Muskiz. The hostel is 50 m. from the train station of Zorrotza. By bus: there are several bus lines that stop near the hostel.
