| Description: | In the centre of Beverley there is a large square which houses a traditional stone bandstand and is surrounded by local shops and pubs. Every Saturday this area becomes the Saturday Market. It is a bustling area with stalls such as fruit, vegetables, clothes, garden ornaments, bric a brac, chips, hot dogs and much more. The stalls are colourful and there are many of them. It is always busy and usually runs till about 4.30pm. Depending on the weather and trade it sometimes closes a little earlier. |
