It is (built in 1912, renovated between 2003-2005) situated at the upper-class district called “Karlshorstâ€. This is at the location where the German Capitulation was signed in 1945 (today it exists as a museum).The location around the house is very calm and green. There are two very large balconies where you have a beautiful view over the natural garden. Here is where you can have your meals, relax in style or sunbath. Inside our villa we proudly present to you the original doors, the original wooden floor boards and very nice handmade stucco.You can reach the centre of Berlin in 15 minutes by train or car. Car parking is not a problem. You can reach the Berlin “Schönefeld†airport (SXF) in 9 minutes by the express-train.
