[daveharrison, 18/10/2009] We have been to this hotel 8 times in the last 3 yrs, and will carry on going as long as it stays the way it is, which is fairly Quite & clean, the food is the best we have tasted in egypt the service good , and the staff are very helpfull and friendly, as for our experience of Usula Wolf we found her to be very nice and helpfull to ALL GUESTS regardless of nationality (we are british) The hotel as a gift shop (which is very expensive) , tennis courts ,squash courts, gym,pool table tabletennis games room and liberay,It has no discos,Bars or shops of any sort within miles (heaven) A small d [more]

[adamasyn, 17/08/2008] nice and quiet place but the only useful beach is rather far from hotel villas and there is a small quantity of sun umbrellas. the other two beaches are not suitable for swimming. Rooms are nice and clean, but some of them have not view on the sea like you bought at travel agency. Staff was friendly except a manager Ursula Wolf, which is totally unprofessional - she made differences between guests from the same travel agency, we were discriminated in services by her and our feelings from staying in this hotel are not good especially because of her- - it is why we will never return to this h [more]
