El Cercado offers 14 typical country houses from the Alpujarras (2-4 people), all of them individually decorated and equipped with washing machine, fridge, microwave, TV, kitchenware, heating, chimney, towel warmer, terrace and parking at the doorstep. On the hillside of ‘sierra nevada’, in ‘the alpujarra’, is located berchules, a village in granada at 1350 metres above sea level and at 40 KM from the tropical coast. In this side of ‘the alpujarra’, far away from town and hubbub, among chestnuts, walnut, ash trees, etc. We find ‘ el cercado’; it is surrounded by many different mediterranean cultivations, located in an amazing natural environment in the enclosure of a rural touristy residential area. These houses were built with the most typical style from `the alpujarra’; the country décor. Ceilings were made of wood, stone, cane, slate, etc. Each one was decorated in a different way, it is easier to admire than to describe. We also offer a high standard of comfort and service.
