[veny, 25/06/2011] My opinion about this hotel is that it is clean. It is quite family- friendly and services are excellent! Small note that It is noisy.
[TinaTraveller, 21/06/2011] have spent the last two novembers / decembers at this hotel, although the outside pools are too cold, there is a heated indoor pool,ideal for the mature traveller,we were sat on the sunbeds till a few days before we returned home to u.k.the entertainment is good, and the staff very friendly,bus stop just across road from hotel, to go to other towns, its about a 15 / 20 minute walk into the small town,large market on Saturdays.

Main restaurant : food does not look good, it like in a company restaurant !!!
Hopefully we ate most of the time in the "a la carte" restaurants

[medlarboy, 25/02/2010] Everyone knows a five star Turkish hotel will not be the Ritz but had to clear own tables , lay table and fetch our own drinks unless you were of Russian origin.
No information provided in English. Accomodation itself is good so areal shame about the service.
[anispd, 07/09/2009] I was there last week. Alva Donna is a good hotel,the rooms are comfort and clean.
The hotel has a beautiful beach ,pleasant pools, a wonderful Mini club.
ATTENTION:
-The central air-conditioner doesn't work at night (even there is 30 degrees c.). It works only in the afternoons and in the evenings.
.-Dirty beach towels - (I think they don't wash them every day ,only dry and give them back)
-Bad service .You need more than 15 min. to take a drink at the pool bar. At dinner time there is no free tables in the main restaurant between 19,30 and 20,30 . Every evening there are more than 5

[tina1971, 30/08/2009] Booked last minute break to this hotel was very impressed although not many english people, mainly russian and german, it was quite a breath of fresh air.
The hotel was friendly, clean, the food was excellent, night time entertainment could of been better, although they worked hard at this, shopping centre you can walk to, beach clean, sea water warm, watersports excellent,
[Supergranny, 24/08/2009] The Sirene Palace is very good value for money! Excellent for the two golf courses Sultan and Pasha. All Inclusive food is very well prepared and beautifully presented. Staff very nice and friendly. Lovely gardens and well looked after pools. Perfect for a golf break! We are going back again this year!!
[jooker, 24/08/2009] It was a great pleasure to be in BelConti. The staff were very nice, and everything was very clean always. The food was ok, but they dont use many spice. Very careful chef. The best was the garden, with the big trees, like banana, apple, lime etc. Everytime you can do something. One problem, that there wasn't any cool import drinks. The Gin Tonic and the Beer was fine only.
[Rachel23, 21/08/2009] The surroundings and gardens at Iberostar Bellis were beautiful and overall satisfying. However, if you are english, I guarantee you will not have an overly amazing stay here. The majority of people mainly came from either two countries: Turkey or Russia. The Receptionists at the hotel and Antalya airport staff were extremely rude to my family and I, being British Citizens but to Russians or Turkish customers they were fine, which was extremely unfair. [qsilver, 26/07/2009] Food, entertaintment, night shows and water sport activities were great. The service staff, restaurant chiefs, show and entertaintment teams look like professional.
However, I was disappointed when I saw the swimming pools. They are so shallow that none of them are deeper than 5 feets. Also, plunging into the water was not allowed in the pools and in the pier.
As a result, this place is good family place where parents can feel their children are safe. However, it may not be good choice for the young people.

[edlobadlad, 28/04/2009] This is the best hotel i have been 2 in best country i have visited, simple as. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the food is sublime. No complaints whatsoever. I have been 2 this hotel 3 times and i am returning later this year.
[Stacii, 02/12/2008] I have been to this hotel twice now, and i think it a very good and the staff are very friendly, although i am not that fond on the food, is a good to taste other cultures food, and what they like to eat. the best part i like about it was the disco that was on at a night, i am going back there next year and i hope it will be as good as the other times...

[lesley, 12/08/2008] All i can say is what a nightmare! First I must explain that I have dyed red hair. When washing hair a small amount of dye transferred onto the white towels supplied by the hotel. The hotel claimed that after washing the towels they were nolonger as white as they should be! They then insisted I pay 575 euro to replace the towels. I refused and was shouted at by the reception manager. My rep stepped in and told me not to pay the money as the claims were ridiculous. When it came time to for me to check out the reception refused to let me. I handed over my room key and proceeded to leave the hote

[Peter101, 09/05/2008] Hotel very clean with pools spa and gardens very good and easy access to the many golf courses. Food was OK but limited choice and a bit repetitive but the hotel was very reasonably priced
