Thought the hotel itself was excellent, well designed and very clean. Room was excellent but TV choice was dreadful and the so called stocked mini bar was pathetic. We had thunder storms for a few days which cancelled all of the shows and pretty much eliminated using any of the outdoor bars so we had to use the Vromm Bar. With a 4 yeard old boy with us sitting in this smokey bar was a nightmare but there was no other entertainment laid on for the kids even though they had a massive TV room which was only used to watche the footie. The only choice we had was room or bar.
Left the hotel at 6pm for our flight home and the Thomas Cook rep said she couldn't go with us on the coach (No explanation why). All was revealed when we got to the airport to find out our flight had been delayed until 2.30am !! No Thomas Cook rep at the airport so I was trying to get transport sorted to get us back to the hotel. Why weren't we told before we left the hotel of these delays..????? I was informed that a mini bus back to the hotel would have to be paid for by us (150 lira) which was ok but the hotel then wanted to charge us all 60 Euros per head to go back in and eat !! What a joke.!!! No explanation as to the cause of the delay and Thomas Cook handled the situation as poorly and amateurly as imaginable. I will NEVER use them again, nor will I ever return to Turkey. I also wish the Germans would have a review of their manners..APPAULING !!

Pretty much the same food every night in the Turkish and main restaurant. My son is allergic to Peanuts and they could not cater for him at all. None of the staff spoke English, the 'So Called' orange juice tasted like neat cordial and was disgusting and the cocktails were joke. Worst all inclusive food/beverage experience I've ever had.
