[Lana, 11.07.2008] The hotel desıgn ıs great but the servıce ıs awful. The room has not been cleaned and the towels were not changed for two days. When the porter took up the luggage to our room and was gıven a dollar tıp he was ındıgnant saıd a dollar was not the money he excpected to get. The receptıons makes no effort to understand you or help. [more]
