[stewart1951, 02/03/2010] Hotel rosa and its restuarent acrioss the lane are bith charming welcoming and good value for money.
Hotel is old and therefore every room is different. There is a nice little bar area with lots of information on the surrounding countryside and a small internal courtyard off. There is a roof terrace with excellent views but at the time of our visit could have done with some upgrading, ie some tables and chairs!
Only drawback is that the church bells ring every 15 minutes day and night, so unless you have earplugs do not expect a good nights sleep.
Begur is a charming town and an excel
