[nadimmasri, 22/03/2010] Although the rooms lack luxury, they are comfortable and provide guests with everything they need. The highlight of the hotel, though, is its restaurant and bar. The wooden design and a bronze-chimneyed fire place ensure a warm and cosy atmosphere. The food is a superb collection of European dishes, which is famous in Beckum for its excellence.
The staff is very warm hearted and friendly. One feels more like part of the family than a guest when staying at Hause Pöpsel.
All in all, I enjoy staying at Haus Pöpsel. Not only is it a warm experience, the price is also very affordable.
