The restaurant opens at 10am on Mondays through to Saturdays, and at 11am on Sundays. It closes at 9.30pm on Mondays to Thursdays, 10pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 9pm on Sundays. Evening refreshment by candlelight is served every day from 5pm until closing time.
Sally Lunn was a French woman who worked at the house over 300 years ago. She baked round loaves of bread which are now known as Sally Lunn buns. They are still made by hand at Sally Lunn's House today, but the recipe is kept secret.
Sally Lunn's has an all-day menu, including breakfasts and cream teas, that is served from opening time until 6pm every day. Reservations can be made for groups and for the evening restaurant. Groups of up to 60 can be accommodated, except during the Bath Christmas Market at the end of November and beginning of December.
The ground floor is accessible to wheelchairs, but there is no disabled toilet. As well as the restaurant, there is a Kitchen Museum that is open until 6pm every day.
